Multi-Day tours are tailored to suit what you want to experience. Below
is a suggested 4-day tour taking in the Highlands and the island of
Skye. If you wish to spend more time with us, we can explore more of our
islands such as Mull, Iona, Orkney or even the Outer Hebrides
Timeline of tour
Leaving from Edinburgh we travel north west, making stops at
South Queensferry, Stirling Castle, Doune Castle, Glen Etive and
Glencoe before resting for the night in Fort William.
After breakfast we head for Neptune’s Staircase and Glenfinnan
Viaduct taking the road to the Isles. We take in the Silver
Sands of Morar before reaching Mallaig and sailing to Skye.
After exploring the south of Skye, we head for Portree to end
the day.
A circuit of the north of Skye with stops at the Old Man of
Storr, Kilt Rock, Quiraing, Black Cottages, Fairy Glen, Dunvegan
Castle, Talisker Distillery and back to Portree.
Leaving Skye we visit Eilean Donan Castle, drive over Ratagan
Pass to Loch Ness before heading to Dalwhinnie Whisky Distillery
then back south to Edinburgh.
If wishing to extend this tour beyond 4 days then this allows us to
get to even more of Scotland’s stunning scenery. Areas such as
Inverness to visit Culloden Battlefield and the Clava Cairns or why
not explore more of our islands such as Mull, Iona, Orkney or even the
Outer Hebrides.
